Eligibility
Care & Keys is available to eligible professionals in healthcare, education, first response and public safety, military service and veteran categories, and qualified community and social service roles. Employment or service verification may be required. Final eligibility is determined by Kenya Posey and Care & Keys program guidelines.
Homebuyer Benefit
Eligible buyers may receive up to $3,000 toward their home purchase. The benefit is calculated using the final buyer broker professional service fee received at closing.

Participant Requirements
- Qualify under an eligible service category.
- Provide acceptable employment, professional, military or service verification.
- Complete a buyer strategy consultation with Kenya Posey.
- Enter into a written buyer brokerage agreement with Kenya Posey and Keller Williams Realty The MarketPlace.
- Obtain appropriate financing or provide acceptable proof of funds.
- Be represented by Kenya Posey throughout the homebuying transaction.
- Successfully close on the home purchase.
- Receive approval from the lender and closing professionals for the benefit to be applied to the transaction.
- Ensure that the Care & Keys benefit is properly disclosed and included in closing documents.
Important Program Terms
Buyer broker professional service fees are negotiable and are not set by law. The Care & Keys benefit is based on the final purchase price and the professional service fee actually received at closing. The benefit cannot exceed $3,000.
The calculated benefit may be reduced if it exceeds the amount permitted by the buyer’s lender, loan program, closing costs or other transaction requirements. The benefit is not guaranteed until eligibility has been verified, the transaction has successfully closed, and the final amount has been approved by the lender, brokerage and closing professionals.
The benefit must be properly disclosed and reflected in the closing documents. It is not provided as an undisclosed payment outside of closing. Care & Keys cannot be combined with another Kenya Posey promotional benefit unless approved in writing. Program eligibility, benefit calculations, terms and availability are subject to change.
